Do I need a laptop or PC? Can I use my mobile, iPad, Chromebook or tablet instead?

A laptop or PC is mandatory for this program. Due to  technical constraints we are currently unable to support mobile phones, ipads, tablets or Chromebooks. We are working towards making this possible for future programs.
